The P0031, P0442, and P0455 engine codes appear on the 2006 Mazda ES MPV, what could be the problem?

P0031 is for the H02S sensor , front 02 sensor, Mazda uses a duty cycle to control the 02 sensor, this code that is set, is usually the 02 sensor, as for the 2 evap code start with the fuel cap, there a seal on the fuel cap
