What powers the secondary air pump in a 2008 buick lacrosse 3.8?

With key on I have ground but no power to the secondary air pump. Fuse is good but I cannot locate relay.

The location of the air pump relay is in the engine  fuse /relay box

 You would have to use the cover of the fuse box for a map to the air pump relay.
