how to fix obd code po172 on a 2007 dodge calibur?

That code poped up on the reader. The car wont start or even try to start. it sounds like the battery is completely dead but when i jump start the car it starts fine and will stay running but when i turn it off and try to start it again it sounds like the battery is completely dead again.
