04 Sentra swirl valve advice

Question

04 Sentra throwing a code for the swirl valve I need advice as to do I change it out or do I take it to the dealership have them check to see if the computer needs reprogramming first cuz I heard there was a bulletin out on that issue on don't have much time need to get it through emissions what would you advise

This code condition is both frustrating for both the DIY and repair facility. .A reprogram  is not for the swirl valve its for the EVAP system . Here use this link listed
