How to figure out cause of code p0411

2005 Buick lacrosse cxl just changed radiator and hoses checked all fuses and relays they are good checked starter its good still need to check alternator check wires connected in underhood fuse box.....ignition switch might be faulty.. would these problems cause the code? Also might be ignition coil! Car won't crank just makes one solid click when trying to restart car before we changed radiator repair battery was drained all the time and had to jump start it for it too start almost every morning or everytime

P0411 Secondary air injection flow insufficient

The code P0411, what causes this is the check valve. it rust up. after time.. One solid click and you know that you have a good starter , you have a battery connection problem . the termionals hopefully it is not striped. this is the reason why the alternator can not charge the battery.
