I need help with error code p0174 and 72 for 2003 Ford

I'm getting a code reading PO174 and 172 said something about air mixtures to lean I've done everything I don't know how to fix it

Lean and rich condition at the same time, Check this area see if this is the culprit. This engine has a fuel pressure regulator. there is a vacuum hose that control the fuel  pressure. If that vacuum hose gets disconnected you cause a lean code, with out that vacuum hose to regulate the fuel pressure the fuel pressure goes high this would cause a rich condition on one side.

​ Here a typical Ford fuel regulator. you check it 2 different ways see if the vacuum hose (being plastic lines) is not cracked as to cause a unmeter vacuum leak. and there is vacuum at its vacuum connection during idle.
