My 2006 Toyota Camry has a P0798 error code due to electrical problems.

The car has a check engine light on and the code P0798 code due to electrical problems. Where is the problem located, how do I fix it and how much will it cost if I fix it myself and how much will it cost if I fix it from the mechanics? Many thanks in advance:)!

P0798 Pressure control solenoid C Electrical (shift Solenoid Valve SL3)

When this repair is going to be done , you need the transmission fluid. depending on the month and the year this will determine the transmission fluid type and there is the transmission filter. and the part roughly about 300.dollars. Shop cost is close to 500. Depending how long you have had this code because it is a solenoid it can burn its driver in the ECM. So as long as the ECM is okay.
