Is it safe to drive a 2001 Honda Civic throwing a code p1289

Car was running rough. Put additive and cleaner in it because we thought maybe bad gas. Seems like it is going to die when coming to a stop. Put a computer on it and it is throwing the code P1289

P1289 this would be a code condition that would be set for a Ford vehicle, The Civic does not have a cylinder head temperature sensor. P1298 can this be the code that is set? This would be for the ELD circuit high voltage a blown fuse for the ELD can cause this code. which would be fuse # 4. with this code have the charging and the battery checked out. You can set this code if the idle goes to low.
