Fuel level sensor code does not create a no start, but its a start, Have you check for any open fuse. inside the engine compartment. The reason I say this, on some of the Maxima you can open a fuse or fuseable link and the car stalls. The power for the ECM and the fuel pump share the same power line that on some month model. To begin with the security will not cause the car to stall. that's illegal. it will cause it not to start. because of the hard to start you would set a security code. I doubt its the cause for the no start. When you turn the key on without starting it does the CK ENG LT come on? If it does not you need to check the fuse. somehow you lost power that one of the main cause for the stall and no start condition.
