P0700 code engine doesn't start

My Intrepid 2.7 was was repaired last year new water oil pump chains guides and tentioners ran great stopped on the highway when my wife was driving when I pulled apart o ring had blown off main tentioner upper passenger side chain guide broke and the plastic piece slid between chain and water pump gear repaired now car don't start sounds like no compression double checked alingment the only code I get is P0700

The whole purpose of the CK ENG LT is to protect the catalytic convertor and that is all it does. If the car does not start it will not tell you that you have low compression. or the timing chain has slip out of position in order to tell you it would need to see a drive monitor just to report it. , because there is a no start or any drive cycle that is just it, This is where a mechanical evaluation is to be performed
