The engine rpm is restricted from 500 to 1100. I've replaced both cam shaft sensors and the crank shaft sensor without success. My car goes into "limp mode" with the "TCS off" and "SLIP" lights coming on

This is a limp home mode, the camshaft position sensor or the crankshaft position sensor are not at fault nor could cause a limp home mode. If you are setting a P0643 which is sensor supply circuit shorted. The power supply for the throttle is shared with the PSP (power steering pressure) sensor, a/c pressure sensor. evap pressure sensor, and the APP sensor. if any of these sensor short to power it robs the throttle motor of power,
