How to disable the ABS system on a 2001 Toyota Sequoia?

Anytime the CK ENG LT comes it it disables  the ABS and TRAC . it does not matter what the CK ENG LT code is, just leave the fuel cap open and set a evap code. once the ECM detects the EVAP problem the CK ENG LT comes on , there the ABS and TRACT are disabled
