Code p0730 pops up any suggestions

Question

Car will run fine a couple of miles then the tranny will slip bad... If you stop then turn off car for 1 min it will drive off like it never happened... wondering if its the solenoid(s)... help is welcomed

This code really just means there is an issue with the shift system. It can be caused by a number of things, low or dirty transmission fluid, issues with the solenoids or a mechanical problem with the transmission. Here is some more info on the code.
