serv eng soon comes on dimmly and wont clear

Starts off very dim and brightens but not completely. Scanner will say it has cleared all dtc codes but light stays on and po650 is still present

This code is for the MIL light itself. If the light isn't clearing and you have this code, either the light bulb is no good, you have an electrical condition to the bulb or the ecm has failed. Here is some more info on it for you.
