My coder reader is a bocsh 1110 and the
Fault code is B1676 ABS $28

The hexadecimal $28 component ID. Your under voltage check the charging system. and repeat the test, Clear the code the charging system should not be over charging which would be a 16.5 volts and under charging which would be less than 11 volts or 12.5.volts
