STILL SHOWS OPEN CIRCUT

ALSO MOTUS WON\\\\'T CONTROL THIS VALVE

Check if there is battery voltage at the Red/Yellow (R/Y) wire of the vent control valve connector with the ignition ON. If there is no voltage then check the fuses. If there is battery voltage then you need to check the wire from the vent control valve to the engine control module.
