after changing these parts, could it be timing chain?

02 CRV 131k, oil was just changed with Full Syn. starting getting this code with poor acceleration, spudering, had heard if changing the solenoid don't fix it, time to do the timing chain. Is this true?? I dont want to keep replacing parts and see if it works.

The use of a vacuum gauge  has to be used, if you suspect that it is the timing chain. at idle the vacuum would be a 15 vacuum. where it should be at 19 to 21 vacuum., and it would not be the timing chain but the cam gear. P1259 is for  the VTEC solenoid. that the right direction. , being a 2002 you need to use a known good ECM . Timing chain??? there would also be a fuel trim that is rich.
