Just replaced my positioning senior and can't hear my turbo

Just change my positioning sensor on my o'five duramax and I am still getting the same Code and can't hear my Turbo spin

Vehicle: 05 duramax 6.6

Anytime you sevice the turbo or change anything on it you do a turbo relearn. both these code P0046 abnd P2563 will set if there was not relearn. you cant just throw a component on.
