If the car runs good shifts good, and gets 25mpg with the p1106 code can it do any damage?

MAP sensor, and TPS replaced p1106 keeps coming back after doing the 3000 rpm and 2nd gear at half throttle for 5 seconds. Can anything go wrong if I drive the car anyway. You could not ask it for any better performance.

Vehicle: 1999 Honda CRV
