acura tl 2009 code p0430

reetings I just need help my car acura tl 2009 has the light on check emission system and gave the code p0430 I ask is it possible that if the air filter is very but too dirty as I bought the car and when I saw the filter it seemed They did not change it in a long time so dirty it was dark color and with a lot of garbage they left it for a long time installed so dirty it could also mess up the air flow and that causes the light to remain steadied even if you put the new air filter is taught ???? And how can I identify if my catalyst is blocked ????? I ask you can clean the catalytic? This code is for the bank 2 catalytic converter. In most cases the converter itself is the problem. A dirty air filter can cause a rich fuel mixture so it could possibly be the issue, however it would generally affect both banks on the engine, not just bank 2. I would also check for any exhaust leaks and it's possible you could have an issue with the rear O2 sensor on bank 2. Here is some more info on the code.
