What is wrong with my Ford Taurus, 2006, Code PO 455

My Ford Taurus engine light has been coming on and off for about 9 months now, just yesterday it came back on. I have checked it about 7 times and no code has showed up, today a code showed up PO455, I had already been told by 2 shops nothing was wrong with my car that it was a computer glitch so now I'm like what, I am so confused, and the shop said I needed to have a smoke test on it, I want to know what can be wrong with it and how expensive the fix will be so tired of my car having this issue, last year a code came on but I fixed it, it needed a tune up , I put new wires in and new plugs and an oil change, I did it twice, anyway, Help

P0455 Evaporative emission leak, Gross leak  or No Flow

This code means that the fuel tank pressure sensor detected a evaporative leak of the fuel. or it means there is no purge flow. You had a tune up?  I admit  I have broken some of the purge hose connection which caused a P0455 during a tuneup.  I paid to fix it, you may just have that.
