P0138 - 02 sensor 1/2 circuit high

Circuit high codes means there is a disconnection , this disconnection can be at the sensor or internal of the sensor, Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located , Sensor 2 these are catalytic monitor sensor,which is behind the catalytic convertor.
