ACCELERATOR SENSOR NOT GETTING WORKED

Question

WHENEVER THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING ABOVE 80 KMS , THE ACCELERATOR GETS STOP WORKING . AND AFTER 5 MINUTES OF REST IF WE START THE ENGINE IT DECREASES TO 60 KMS APPROX. SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR IT, WHICH PART HAS TO BE CHANGED.
