2005 Chevrolet Silverado P0455 code stored

Question

I just bought a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado and the engine light just came on. After scanning for codes, P0455 came up as a stored code and I was wondering what everyone else found with their trucks and also wondering if this could be caused by the K&N cold air system installed by the previous owner?

This code is for a large evap leak. This could be a problem with the gas cap, and sometimes the vent control valve. The CAI isn't going to cause this type of issue. If the gas cap is good, then you may have to have it smoke checked to locate the source of the leak.
