Replaced the APP, checked all the wires, still have code, any ideas on what to do next?

This code not only indicates a problem with app, but can also indicate the computer seeing low voltage on the second sensor. Make sure you have the correct voltage and if not, since the wiring is good it could be a problem with the throttle actuator up on the throttle body. Here is some more info
