C1241 code with Engine light on with no symptoms present truck functions normallly, what next

Engine light came on, no symptoms, code reader gave me a C1241. No acceleration, or braking issues, battery has a full charge. Possible places to start looking at why engine light illuminated with this code

Believe it or not, fuses do develop high resistance, that rare, but that's a start to look at, This is the one on the driver side fuse box. Beside the battery having a full charge, is the alternator charging? This code is mostly resolve with skid control ECU
