P0135 Engine Code, 96 Acura Intergra

Question

I have already replaced the primary O2 sensor. I am now getting this code. P0135. Do I need to replace the seconday 02 sensor or re-check the primary one?

This code is pointing to a problem with the heater circuit on the bank 1 front O2 sensor. Here is some more info on possible causes.
