On my 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser, what does the P0339 code mean?

This code means Crankshaft sensor intermittent. Basically, the computer is losing signal occasionally from the crank sensor. This could be due to faulty wiring or a problem with the sensor itself. Here is some more info
