My check engine light came on&when i got the code read it said a solenoid How do i fix the solenoid?

Hello, I Have a 2005 Infiniti Fx35 and my car is slow to accelerate. My check engine light just came on and when i got the codes read it said something about a solenoid. I replaced my brake pads but it still accelerate slow. How do i fix the solenoid? Is it a part that i have to get? Where i get it from?
