How do repair a cyl2 misfire for an 06 civic lx?

I got a code P0302 cyl 2 misfire and replaced my plugs. The code doesn't show up anymore, but I am still not getting any power. What do I do now?

Beside the sparkplug you , have a ignition  coil, take the coil number 2 and swap it with a different know working cylinder if the misfire moves replace the coil.
