cleared code no issue

Question

Thanks for your info maybe it was an incorrect code cause all I did was hook up to the trailer that has not been used for years and the check engine light came on the first time ever and the truck runs fine so I had the code cleared and the light has never returned so I guess time will tell but all seems to work fine now and I sold the trailer.thanks again
