P0447 code what is the fix?

I have this code I replaced the purge valve by the charcoal filter and engine bay wires look good and I still have this code. What should I check nexted?

Purge valve, P0447 is for the vent control valve , this valve is a normal open valve, it closes for a EVAP test there it closes, when the code is set it because it does not close. Your at the correct location , on the charcoal canister that is the canister vent control valve or the CCV, P0447 this is electrical it set when the ECM see a open circuit, at the CCV command wire. The use multimeter is needed, the command wire will be batter voltage until the CCV is command close there it would be ground , if that does not happen it in the ECM
