Hi there,

 Code P0431 is triggered when the Bank 2 Warm Up Catalytic Converter's emissions reducing efficiency has fallen below the minimum allowable threshold. 

This usually requires the replacement of the warm up cat. Depending on the vehicle this is usually the converter that is either part of the exhaust manifold or bolted to it.
