How do I unlock the shifts on my truck?

Truck won't shift its just not responding. When set on park it makes loud noise. Message set on N to reset.

Two things that cause this , a bad gear shift selector cable, On this type of vehicle you may have the 2 piece cable,both would have to be replaced, If you need to get the truck out of gear there is a gear shift lock actuator, you need to have a small screw driver and pry the gear lock actuator away.
