How do I fix this p0650 voltage problem with the pcm?

2004 Chevy Tahoe starts and runs but, only for about 10-15 minutes.

P0650 this code is for the instrument panel, the CK ENG LT does not come on when there is a emission failed detected, the fix is the instrument panel. this code is not going to cause the engine to stall out, If any where the engine stalls and there is no code set, you have fuel related problem being a Flex fuel, it is more than likely a poor fuel pump strainer,
