oxygen sensor

Question

I need to purchase a sensor (heated oxygen sensor) bank 2 sensor 1. How do i describe this so they know which one i need? they confuse me between the right down stream sensor and the left down stream sensor.

HI there

The front bank in most cases on the FWD vehicle is bank 2.  Sensor 1 is the one before the catalytic converter. So, this would be the right upstream O2 sensor.
