How do I solve a no signal from cam shaft issue 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.9?

I have installed new timing chain and sprockets, crank position sensor, distributor/cap/cam shaft position sensor, plugs/wires, PCM, engine wire harness, o2 sensors, coil, throttle position sensor, map sensor, cam position sensor again, starter and some irrelevant components. Same code. What am I missing?

There only the cam  signal wire which is the Tan/Yellow wire, this is the signal wire, If it was the 5 volts reffernce  you would not even have a crank signal, if it was the ECM ground wire you would not even have IAT, or a MAF signal. You can run another lead from the cam signal to the PCM
