Subaru Baja 2003 :check engine light on..P0030 code...replaced both O2 sensors..still getting same code..would the ECM be the next thing to look into?? I see also possible problems could be a heater cirsuit fuse..Is that in a special place other than where all the fuses are?

HI there

I would inspect the wiring very close to the sensor. Check and make sure you have battery voltage to one of the wires first. This will tell you if the power to it is the problem. Sometimes the signal wire back to the computer can be the issue as well. If its shorted to power, then the computer will think the heater isn't working.
