my 2005 GMC Denali is getting the same codes after it dies

my 05 gmc denali xl v8 4x4 will start an run till it gets to operating temperature it just dies an will not start until afew hours later runs good like nothing ever happen then temp get to 210 an it dies. i need help

This code is actually for a bad ignition switch circuit. It might be getting hot and causing the problem although it's odd that the truck will only stall once up to operating temp.This could be a sensor getting hot. I would try unplugging the mass air flow sensor and see if the truck will start without cooling off. If it does, then replace the maf sensor. Otherwise start with the ignition switch.
