Ok so I have a 03 Lincoln navi check engine light on can't find the problem checked all the fuses and all I could I have three plugs on my PC and not sure where the wire is for the keep alive memory to test the wire for power somebody please help single mother only vehicle I have

Sorry to say but in most cases you are going to need to replace the PCM to resolve this code.
