Could codes p0017 p0495 p2761 be related to 1 problem.

I have 3 codes on 05 blazer: p0495, p0017, & p2761. The check engine light is on. When I first take off the car kind of drags until I get a little past 20mph/3rpm. Then the car kicks in & rpm drops between 1-2rpm & drives fine til I have to stop again or speed drops below 20 mph.
