Working on a 2003 Saturn Vue with stalling problem, codes P2138, PO 700, PA 1791. Already replaced throttle body which includes TPS,accelerater position sensor replaced twice,New camshaft sensor and crankshaft position sensor's
Checked all connectors including 40 pin connector at left kick panel everything looks good, ECM had three bent pins on connector but was able to straighten them out, could this be a ground issue or low-voltage problem or low battery due to the constant cranking?

The throttle body only contains the TPS . This code is for the APP which is at the accerator pedal. This code would be connection problem  , but since this is a Saturn VUE, the ECM stategy is diiferent , the APP sensor itself is usually the fix, low battery condition is not going to cause this code, even if you jumpstarted the battery all day. Having a P1791 this code is from the TCM where is does not see the ECM signal for the APP. P2138 popular code for a 2003 to a 2004 on the Saturn VUE a recall for the ECM was demanded. but unfortunately the consumer was held responsible
