OBD II Code P0140

Question

I keep getting this code. I have changed the O2 Sensor, Air Temp Sensor, Fuel filter & Pressure regulator, checked the connections. The truck runs great, starts right up, smooth idle, no hesitation, no power lost. The Service Engine Soon Light keeps coming on with the same code P0140.

There are some other issues that can cause this if the wiring is good and the sensor is good.. It is possible there is an issue with the computer
