I'v changed the ccv

I've changed the ccv on my 630i and unplugged there wires on the ccv if i put them back wrong (as they are all the same size) would this affect the ckp cheers

Replacing the ccv would not cause the crank sensor code to appear. If it's there, then you have an issue with the crank position sensor. Here is some more info on the code and it's possible causes.
