P0300 code on cadilac srx should i continue to drive?

Any ideas? It also sent codes for each cylinder misfiring.

You really shouldn't drive the car if it's misfiring on all cylinders. This can cause damage to the catalytic converters. If it is missing on all cylinders it's possible it's got low fuel pressure or a problem with the mass air flow sensor. It's also possible there is a timing issue. I would start by checking these areas.
