How can i fix the P0AC4 code

My 2008 Nissan Altima Hybrid does not pass smog because of this code that comes on. P0AC4 how can I fix it?

This code is only an information code. The Hybrid control system has asked the mil light to come on. This means there is a code stored in the hybrid control unit. Until you know what that code is, you can't repair it.
