If you have a code for a faulty maf sensor and the truck is running normally you could likely drive it. If it starts to run poorly unplug the maf sensor and see if it runs better. The problem with this sensor failing is it will provide the wrong info to the computer and can cause the fuel mixture to be wrong. When that happens it's going to effect the running.
