1998 chevy 2500 gas trk. looses power when at running temp. runs fine cold. when warn misses, hesatates, wont pull up hills. no check engine light... dosent pull well at all with a load on it.

When it warms up and misses and hesitates you can be sure it will not pull up hill . There the fuel pressure regulator which is part of the assembly if that was to leak fuel your engine would miss and hesitate when warm you would also have black smoke , and the engine oil would smell of raw fuel.then there the fuel pressure if the fuel pressure is not correct you can exhibit what you have going on.
