Bank one is the right side of the engine when sitting in the truck.

Bank 1 is always where the number 1 cylinder is located, the other side becomes Bank 2. To identify cylinder 1 you can stand in front of the engine which ever valve cover is closest to the front is where cylinder 1 is locarted, or you can use the sparkplug , which ever is closet to the front is cylinder 1the other side is Bank 2
