2012 Toyota Camry with code P0713, can I ignore this code?

Because it comes after a great effort and the lamb turns off.
The lamb check engine comes sometimes after using the manual gear, when using it in auto it's good.

P0713 Transmission fluid temperature sensor circuit low input

That could just be the reason the CK ENG LT comes on, using the transmission is manual gear, The whole purpose of the CK  ENG LT is to protect the cfatalytic convertor , which the catalytic convertor does is protect the environment from harmfull emission, plus when the CK ENG LT comes on the you are using more fuel than required
